Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant ServiceNow experience implementing applications such as IRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, and BCM.
- Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow, including workflow design, APIs, web services, integrations, and connectors.
- Hands-on experience with Workspace, UI Builder, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, ACLs, complex workflows, and Flow Designer.
- Experience migrating solutions across ServiceNow environments.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow products and platform capabilities.
- Experience defining epics and user stories, creating UI mock-ups, and delivering hands-on solutions.
- Experience conducting code reviews and following ServiceNow development best practices.




- Strong experience designing and developing automations and integrations.
- Experience developing scoped applications of varying complexity.
- Experience with ServiceNow deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting, and platform management.
- Ability to collaborate with Functional Consultants and Business Analysts to define, estimate, and deliver user stories.
- Experience delivering 2–3+ ServiceNow projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering through go-live.
- Robust documentation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Mandatory Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Good-to-Have Skills
- ServiceNow IRM or Security Operations implementation experience.
- Experience across Risk Management, Audit Management, Policy Management, Vendor Risk Management, SIR, and related GRC/SecOps modules.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications in IRM/GRC/SecOps.
