About the job

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of various projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent organizational skills, robust leadership abilities, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.




Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders and team members.
- Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and post-mortems.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Provide direction and support to project team members.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress and performance metrics.

Requirements and Qualification
- Proficiency in project management software/tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Software Development, or related technology roles.
