Job Description:
- Experience in Network Security, with robust hands-on expertise in Proxy, Firewall, and Secure Web Gateway technologies
- Manage and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) environments for secure user access.
- Design and implement Zscaler solutions, including traffic forwarding and Zero Trust access setup
- Configure security policies like URL filtering, SSL inspection, firewall, and DLP
- Handle implementation and integration of Zscaler with IAM tools and other network/security tools
- Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, authentication, and application access
- Monitor logs and performance to identify threats and improve user experience, and provide L2/L3 support
