We are looking to fill 4 positions for individuals early in their careers (0–1 year experience), preferably recent graduates, to support our high -impact exhibition and conference projects focused on the energy, environment, and sustainability sectors.



Internship Overview


- Position Title: Project Intern – Exhibition & Conference

- Duration: 4 -5 months (with potential for a permanent role)

- Number of Openings: 4

- Industry Sector: Energy, Power & Utilities

- Location: Sector 12A, Dwarka, New Delhi


Key Responsibilities


- Support delegate and visitor promotion initiatives for conferences, including outreach through email, digital campaigns, and tele -calling.

- Conduct market and industry research to identify and engage potential delegates, visitors, and partners.

- Execute targeted outreach to industry stakeholders, associations, and institutions to drive event participation.

- Call and follow up with prospective delegates, visitors, and institutional participants to confirm registrations and encourage attendance.





- Assist exhibitors with post -event support, lead retrieval, and resolving operational queries.

- Coordinate both onsite and backend logistics, including registrations, help desk, session support, and partner servicing.

- Maintain and update databases of visitors, delegates, and exhibitors to ensure accurate and timely communication.

- Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure smooth execution of delegate and visitor engagement plans.




Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Undergraduates, recent Graduates (0–1 years' experience)

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office tools

- Passionate about energy, environment, and sustainability topics

- Self -driven, detail -oriented, with a proactive attitude
