The role requires strong sense of storytelling, sharp editing instincts, and the ability to translate creative direction into polished, high-impact visual outputs. Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end video editing across digital content, campaigns etc.Translate briefs into engaging visual narratives with strong pacing, rhythm, and storytellingManage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlinesOversee colour correction, sound design, and overall finishing qualityEnsure consistency with brand guidelines across all video contentAdapt and optimize edits for different platforms (Instagram,



YouTube etc.)Stay updated with evolving formats, editing styles, and content trends.You are a great fit if you:Have 3-4 years of experience in video editing (brand, agency or content studio)Have good proficiency in English languageAre proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve and/or Final Cut Pro and Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)Proficiency in AI-assisted editing toolsStrong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and soundAbility to interpret creative directions and execute with clarity and precisionHave a strong creative eye with attention to details and qualityHave a strong portfolio of Reels/short-form and YouTube long-form videos.Experience with motion graphics/animation is a plus
