Job Role: Reconciliation LeadContract duration : 9 months contractExperience: 8+ yearsLocation: Work from homeKnowledge:System Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of TLM (SmartStream), Swift Gateway, FlexCube, reconciliation dashboards; Excel proficiency a must.Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of reconciliation practices, Nostro, Inter-entity accounting, Swift messages, and Treasury funding cycles.Familiarity with financial controls, GL accounting principles, provisioning and write-off policies, and external audit requirements.Skills:Experience presenting or preparing content for governance forums (e.g., audit, reconciliation committees, Central Bank review).High accountability, ownership mindset, problem-solving attitude, and ability to manage cross-border coordination.Education & Experience:Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Banking; CA/MBA preferred.8–10 years in financial operations, with at least 5 years in reconciliations, internal controls, involving Nostro/interbranch or treasury processes.
