WE ARE HIRING: MARINE LEARNING AND QUALITY MANAGERMaster Mariner or Chief Officer | Full time | Remote – IndiaStrive High Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based behavioural skills training and consultancy company, is looking for an experienced Marine Captain or Chief Officer based in India to join us in a full-time, home-based role.The selected professional will provide maritime expertise to ensure that our training programmes and digital learning content are technically accurate, operationally realistic and relevant to seafarers across different ranks.Key responsibilities:Develop and review realistic maritime scenarios, case studies and training contentVerify shipboard terminology, procedures, equipment, ranks and operational sequencesReview training videos, scripts, storyboards, illustrations and assessments for maritime accuracyEnsure that scenarios and assessments meet the intended learning objectivesReview behavioural safety, leadership, communication, mental wellbeing and human-factor content from a maritime perspectiveTest learning content and record corrections through the company's work-management systemGuide content developers, researchers and video-production teamsProvide regular maritime knowledge sessions to the internal teamSupport online, classroom or onboard training programmes at a later stageMonitor relevant maritime regulatory and industry developmentsCandidate profile:Master Mariner,
