Job Title: Information Technology - SAP CCM Functional Consultant (S4 HANA)Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): India (remote)Contract Duration: 34 weeks, 4 daysWe are seeking a senior CCM (Condition Contract Management) S4 HANA senior Functional resource to deliver end to end CCM solutions as part of global SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout programs. The role requires deep hands on configuration expertise, strong business process knowledge, and proven experience working in complex, integrated S/4 landscapes with multiple workstreams and external systems.The consultant will act as a functional SME, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and system integrators to design, build, test, and deploy scalable CCM solutions aligned with global templates and regional requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesS/4HANA SD Solution Design & DeliveryConfigure Condition Contract Management (CCM) including contract creation, settlement, and accruals. Drive AS IS / TO BE process discussions, fit gap analysis, and solution blueprinting.Work on rebates, chargebacks, settlement documents, and event-based settlements.Additionally, work on OTC (Order to Cas) and MTO (Market to Order) / Sales and Distribution related configurations/WRICEF.Configure and support core SD components including:o Sales documents, item categories, schedule lineso Pricing (condition records, access sequences, pricing procedures)o Output managemento Copy controls and partner determinationo Billing (invoices, credit/debit memos, pro forma)o Interfaces connected with OTC workstreamAdvanced S/4HANA SD CapabilitiesNice to Have: aATP (Advanced Available to Promise) knowledge and hands-on experience.Experience in working with Business Partner, Fiori applications, and new features available as part of S4.Integration & Cross Module Collaboration• Work closely with:o FI/CO – account determination, revenue posting, settlement,



tax integrationo Connected Applications – Interfaces linked to external applications.Build, Test & DeploymentPrepare and review Functional Design Documents (FDD/FSD) and interface specifications.Support and lead SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Hypercare phases.Collaborate with ABAP and integration teams for WRICEF developments.Ensure adherence to global template standards while supporting local legal and business requirements.Stakeholder & Delivery ManagementAct as a trusted functional advisor to business and IT leadership.Coordinate with partners, offshore/onshore teams, and regional business users.Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for AMS and support teams.Support defect resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory10+ years of hands on SAP S4 HANA SD. 6+ on CCM.Robust S/4HANA SD implementation experience (at least three or more full lifecycle). With dedicated delivery within CCM. We are not looking for a resource that covers only support.Deep expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) processes.Work on rebates, chargebacks, settlement documents, and event-based settlements.Hands on configuration experience in:o Pricing & billingo Partner determinationo Output managemento Sales Orders, Deliveries, Goods Issue, and Billing.Experience working in large, global, multi country SAP programs.Strong functional documentation and testing experience.Experience working with multiple SD interfaces to external systems.Preferred / Nice to HaveExperience in aATP, complex pricing, and promotion settlement scenarios.Experience with CPI / EDI troubleshooting.Prior experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, or Retail industries.Soft Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and lead functional design areas.Comfortable working in fast paced, large scale transformation programs.Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills.Proven ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams.Note: Pay Rate : $18 to $20 USD - IC Role
