Position Overview Role DescriptionThe Client Implementation Analyst (Documentation) supports the efficient delivery of implementation & documentation tasks and will act as a support resource throughout the project, working under the direct supervision of the Client Implementation Manager(s). Key tasks include (but not limited to) document generation, electronic banking system setups, performing & creating testing, supporting the resolution of client queries and issues. digitized document archival.Ensure timely and efficient delivery of required document package to onshore requestor with qualityWork closely with implementation and product management on procedures/workflow concerning product documentation Coordinate with internal parties to ensure all related setups are in place.Distribute documents to other DB branches/department if neededEscalate issues with respective L2 support teamsBe able to provide Bank letters based on template and procedure definedTasks being performed by the team to be documented and up-to-dated using WorkflowsManage each cases using internal case management tool Your skills and experienceThe person required for the above position should have the following profile:German - Proficiency in German speaking B1 level German speaking and writing; able to communicate in German with clients.
