We're hiring a Civil AutoCAD Trainer to design and deliver training programs for our civil engineering and design teams. You'll work closely with our technical leadership to build training content, run hands-on sessions, and help engineers strengthen their AutoCAD and civil drafting capabilities — from fundamentals to advanced workflows used on live global projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, structure, and deliver AutoCAD (2D/Civil 3D) training modules for civil engineering teamsCustomize training content based on project needs — site layout, land development, RCC/structural detailing, drafting standardsConduct hands-on workshops, assessments, and skill-gap evaluationsCollaborate with technical/project teams to align training with real project requirements and international drafting standardsTrack trainee progress and report on training effectiveness (KRAs to be shared)Stay current with AutoCAD updates, Civil 3D features,
