TLDR: We're hiring a Business Account Manager to be the bridge between our clients and our communication design studio. You'll manage the full range of what we produce for them: brochures, flyers, event graphics, social media, whatever the account needs.This is B2B professional communication work, not an ad agency sprint. The job is making sure our process (which is genuinely structured, we don't wing things) actually holds up against how clients operate day to day. You're the one translating what the client needs into what the studio can execute, and back again, improving things along the way and building relationships on both sides. Responsibilities include coordinating projects, understanding client requirements, strategizing solutions, and collaborating with design and marketing teams to ensure outcomes exceed expectations. Minimum of 1 year experience in client-facing roles. 100% on-site, full-time position.What This Role Is NOT: Not a sales or business development role (at least in the short term)Not an accounts/finance positionNot a remote or hybrid roleKey Responsibilities:Short-term (1-2 years):Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts (based in India and overseas),



managing all communications and building strong relationshipsCoordinate communication design projects across internal teams (designers, content writers) and partners (print vendors, logistics providers)Lead client meetings, including project briefings and presentation of creative work; prepare proposals and project documentationPrepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action itemsMonitor project timelines and proactively flag potential delays or issuesMaintain organized records of client communications, project briefs, and deliverablesMedium to long-term (2-3 years):Develop deep understanding of clients' business objectives, technical products, and industry contextsIdentify opportunities for account growth and expanded service offerings within existing accountsPotential to take on leadership of key client portfolios (across geographies) and shape market strategy based on performance and aptitudeKey Result Areas (KRAs)The following are the results we expect as a result of bringing you on board. and project plans will be discussed in detail during onboarding.Basic Terms of Employment:Permanent, full-time, on-site role at our Kanakapura Road officeWorking hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday to FridayOwnership and flexibility: While our standard schedule is 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday, there will be occasional situations, such as production deliveries, print oversight, or client emergencies, where you may need to be on-site on Saturdays or work extended hours. This doesn't happen frequently, but when it does, we value team members who take ownership and do what it takes to deliver excellence, rather than watching the clockFlexibility required for occasional client calls across time zones6 months' probation (no paid leaves during probation)3 months' notice period if employee wishes to terminate the contractSkills and Tools Required:Prior experience in an agency or design studio environment (minimum 6 months)Confident English communication skills (written and verbal)Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to grasp technical concepts and work with engineering/manufacturing-focused clients is a plusAbout Zinc & BroccoliZinc & Broccoli is a communication design studio specializing in B2B marketing communications for manufacturing and technology companies.
