Job Description:

Duties:
1. Responsible for all day to day management and administration of the Oil & Gas Division Projects and associated activities such as but not limited to projects construction, operations, planning and delivery, project P&L;, project QHSE matters etc. 2. Responsible for interface management across engineering, procurement & construction function 3. Responsible for day to day program planning and delivery; identifying key issues, constraints & critical path; setting and achieving key milestones; driving program progress; issuing various reports and giving overall direction to the project 4. Responsible for all external stakeholder management with Client, Subcontractor, Consultants, Regulators & Governmental authorities.



Responsible to drive engaging and result oriented discussions with stakeholders and to bring solutions and progress to the table 5. Responsible for all internal stakeholder management with HR, PEL, Commercial & Contracts, HSE, Quality, Finance and other associated corporate and Divisional functions to ensure project delivery as per set program and contract expectations. Responsible to ensure that project related issues and concerns are addressed by routine engagement with respective functions 6. Responsible to ensure all build costs and associated revenue is accurately planned, forecasted, captured and reported 7. Responsible for all individual and certain project specific productivity targets, KPIs and attainment thereof.
