Job Description
- Python(IO) — 4+ years production backend development experience.
- Apache Kafka — consumer groups, offset management, partition handling, at-least-once delivery
- REST API development — building robust HTTP clients with timeout, retry, and failover
- Caching — Redis or in-memory caching patterns (TTL, invalidation, cache-aside)
- Concurrent/parallel programming — goroutines, channels, or async patterns at high throughput
- Docker + Kubernetes — containerized service deployment
- Unit and integration testing — test-driven development practices
- Git, CI/CD — standard development workflow

Desired skills
- Telecom or ISP domain experience (DHCP, DNS, IP lifecycle)
- Experience processing 10K+ events/sec in production
- Event-driven / streaming architecture experience
- Familiarity with network protocols (DHCP, DNS, IPv6 PD)
- Observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, distributed tracing)
