 Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field

 Experience with workflow/ticketing systems

 Ability to manage high-volume operations independently

 Experience with stakeholder reviews and coordination

 Robust analytical and communication skills

 Understanding of software ecosystems, licensing, and integrations

 Experience in centralized governance or intake models

 Exposure to Software Asset Management (SAM) or IT Asset Management

(ITAM) practices

Technical Skills

 Experience with ticketing/workflow systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)

 Understanding of software request lifecycle management and intake processes

 Knowledge of software governance frameworks and approval workflows





 Familiarity with SLA tracking, queue management, and backlog analysis

 Ability to use reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)

 Understanding of software licensing models (e.g., subscription, perpetual, SaaS)

 Basic understanding of software licensing models and procurement processes

 Awareness of security, compliance, and risk assessment requirements

 Understanding of enterprise IT systems and integrations

 Experience with process documentation and SOP management
