Job Description:
- Handle shift operations independently, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation as per cGMP – batch records, logbooks, and process forms.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance departments for smooth plant functioning.
- Monitor process parameters and escalate abnormalities to shift in-charge or engineering team.
- Supervise and train junior operators and contract workforce during the shift.
- Follow and enforce EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards strictly.
- Participate in troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform in-process sampling and coordinate with the QC department.
- Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness in production areas
