Description:
Operational Support: Support F5 (LTM/GTM), Akamai, and Infoblox DDI platforms. Execute VIP, DNS, and Akamai config updates. Monitor platform health.
Incident Support: Participate in P1–P3 triage, troubleshoot DNS, traffic routing, and edge issues, engage vendors, document RCA.
Change Execution: Implement ServiceNow changes, support onboarding, migrations, and validate deployments.
Platform Engineering Support: Assist with HA patterns, migrations (F5 → VE), Cloud 2.0, and automation initiatives.
Security/Compliance: Support patching, vulnerability remediation, and audit controls
F5 BIG-IP (LTM, basic GTM), Akamai (CDN, WAF basics), Infoblox (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, troubleshooting skills.
