The candidate will play an important role in building and maintaining a positive image and strong professional relationships for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations & Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business associates, institutions,
government departments, and other stakeholders.
• Represent 7Hills Nexgram Limited professionally during meetings, events, and
official interactions.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments with external organizations and stakeholders.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with important contacts.
Corporate Communication
• Handle official communications and correspondence on behalf of the company when
required.
• Support management in maintaining skilled relationships with key stakeholders.




• Coordinate communication between the company and external organizations.
• Assist in preparing official letters, communication materials, and presentations.
Brand Representation & Events
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, exhibitions, and
networking opportunities.
• Support public relations and corporate branding activities.
• Assist in organizing corporate meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements.
Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain records of important meetings, contacts, and communications.

• Submit regular updates and activity reports to management.
• Ensure timely follow-up on commitments and discussions with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing,
Corporate Communication, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized
university.
