What you'll Do

● Work closely with other Product teams across Experience Cloud solutions to get alignment on Product Measurement

● Strong technical curiosity coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of internal customer needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.

● Partner with the product teams to set business objectives (metrics), build dashboards that support ongoing analysis.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams across solutions to drive execution, launch and adoption of data measurement best practices

● Evangelize the product measurement initiatives to internal and external customers, product teams across Experience Cloud, marketing, and field teams.

What you need to succeed

● Strong problem-solving and analytics skills. Willingness to get things done irrespective of all odds. Self-driven.

● Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Sciences, Statistics, or a related analytics field,



and 4+ years of equivalent practical experience.

● Strong proficiency in querying and manipulating large data sets for analytical purposes using SQL and experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI, Analytics and/or CJA.

● Highly effective communication and collaboration across internal and external teams including executive leadership.

● Robust people skills, and able to motivate and influence people without authority.

● Record of accomplishment of delivering high-quality insights with timely execution, and attention to detail.

● Ability to independently drive product decisions and get alignment from stakeholders across solutions.

● Experience working on SaaS/Cloud products.

● Experience with web analytics tools is necessary (particularly Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics)
