Role Purpose





Provide high-quality drawing production, technical drafting leadership, and CAD support for civil engineering projects across the Metals, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors. The role combines project delivery responsibilities with leadership of the India drafting team, including mentoring, troubleshooting, template development, quality assurance, and implementation of drafting standards.

Project Leadership & Delivery
- Perform the role of Lead Drafter on assigned projects while producing plans, profiles, cross-sections and civil engineering drawings.
- Coordinate drafting activities and ensure deliverables are issued safely, accurately and on schedule.
- Interface with engineers, designers and project managers to resolve technical issues and priorities.
- Set up and maintain drawing sheets, title blocks, viewports and sheet sets.
- Prepare issue sets, maintain drawing registers and manage transmittals through ProjectWise o
