Major Purpose Of The Job:-
To review Daily Packing plan for the assigned Packing line activities.
To ensure that arrangement of dispensed batches for the day in advance.
To ensure that Daily/Weekly/Monthly packing schedule as per plan.
To packing and deliver the product on time which complies the regulatory requirement.
To maintain cGMP norms in the department.
To ensure that SOPs are followed in the department.
To allot Job distribution to the staff and operator.
To ensure optimum utilization of Man and Machine Hours.
To carry out load down in-process checks during packing operation.
To solve technical problems and suggest modification to improve productivity on day-to-day basis
To check up with maintainance for solving Engineering related issues.
To ensure and submit daily packing report.
To ensure optimization of resources and reduction of waste/rejections.
To review, investigate and corrective and preventive actions to maintain the product quality.
Principal Tasks:-
To maintain quality and productivity.
To ensure that Zero accident & Zero tolerance in the area.
To follow all respective SOPs, BPR Procedure & Discipline in the department & Operation.
