Job Description:
- Production Execution: Plan and allocate daily tasks to meet scheduled manufacturing targets while monitoring process parameters on the shop floor.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all production activities adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company SOPs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs for batch records, equipment usage, and cleaning protocols.
- Resource Management: Optimize the utilization of raw materials and manpower, and coordinate with cross-functional teams like Quality Control (QC) and Maintenance.
- Safety & Maintenance: Supervise machinery performance, report or troubleshoot defects, and ensure workplace hygiene and safety standards are upheld.
