Manage user accounts, access permissions, file systems, and network policies

Apply patches, upgrades, and coordinate capacity planning and disaster recovery strategies

LVM creation and extension

VMware Administration

VM deployment and Decommission

Install, configure, and manage VMware ESXi hosts and vCenter Server.

Create and manage virtual machines, templates, snapshots,etc..

Monitor and optimize virtual infrastructure performance and capacity.

Perform patching and upgrades for VMware components.

SiteScope Administration & Monitoring

Design, configure, and maintain agentless SiteScope monitors for servers, OS, and network services

Use SiteScope tools for connectivity testing, authentication verification, and monitor configuration/troubleshooting

Customize alert templates, user groups, and monitor dependencies

Implement real-time alerting and generate performance and availability reports

Integrate SiteScope with MS Teams
