Technical Project Manager

Particle41 is seeking a talented and versatile Technical Project Manager to join our cutting-edge team, The ideal candidate will play the role of Scrum Master but work to understand the client’s product deeply, ensuring the successful execution of technical projects. This position requires a deep understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical teams and stakeholder.

In This Role, You Will:

Technical Project Manager

Project Leadership:
- Own the project roadmap and delivery plans.
- Define and track project goals, timelines, and success metrics.
- Manage risks and proactively address blockers.

Agile Facilitation:
- Be the Scrum Master for the technical team, facilitating agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Track team velocity and ensure stories move forward effectively.
- Ensure adherence to agile standards, including "Definition of Ready" and "Definition of Done."

Product Ownership Support:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.




- Assist in creating detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and work breakdowns.
- Represent the customer’s perspective, ensuring the delivered solution meets expectations.

Quality Assurance:
- Review team deliverables before client presentations to ensure quality and alignment.
- Facilitate internal sprint demos to gather team feedback.

Technical Collaboration:
- Work closely with technical leads and engineers to align on technical goals and delivery timelines.
- Support the creation of technical documentation and ensure it aligns with project goals.

Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Provide sprint reports and updates, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.

Team Management:
- Foster a culture of accountability and ownership within the team.
