Skill - IT Infrastructure Manager

JD:

IT Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain all IT hardware, software, networks, and technology assets across the organization.
- Ensure availability, security, patching, backups, endpoint protection, firewall management, network connectivity, and software license compliance.
- Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, Wi-Fi, cabling, and internet connectivity.
- Manage Microsoft Workspace - Office 365, including user administration, data migration, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, storage, backup, and disaster recovery processes.

Local Server & Network Management
- Administer, monitor, and maintain on-premise servers and related infrastructure.
- Manage server security, access controls, backups, and performance monitoring.

Vendor & Compliance Management
- Evaluate, onboard,



and manage technology vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate pricing, manage SLAs, and ensure contractual compliance.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and information security best practices.
- Support client audits, due diligence activities, and compliance requirements.

Strategy, Monitoring & Reporting
- Recommend and implement technologies aligned with business objectives.
- Establish monitoring frameworks, track infrastructure performance, and provide periodic management reports.

Technical Support
- Provide proactive IT support, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and minimize downtime.

Soft Skills
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
