- 10 � 15 years of experience

Special Skills/ Attributes

- Knowledge of project financial controls like rate analysis, cash flow, fund flow, budgets etc.,
- In-depth understanding of commercial contracting, contracting concepts and categories and dispute resolution
- Knowledge of quality standards to be followed
- Knowledge of IS codal guidance pertaining to Civil and Finishing works
- Review of rate analysis and convince the contractors for their acceptance.
- Solid knowledge in planning, scheduling and resource planning especially in Civil contract work and implementing those in costing.

- Vetting quantity take off and BOQ.
- Vetting Work Order, PO in line with the approval.
- Arrange tender negotiation meetings with Vendors/ Contractors.
- Coordinate with the Projects team to understand the technical requirements, oversee the release of request for quotation/ enquiry, receipt of quotations from vendors.
- Coordinate with the external/ internal consultants to review the general tender document prepared by the respective consultant and customize it as per the specific requirement
- Provide support to the site Contracts & QS team in smooth closure of the contract, in the documentation and handover to the site operations team.
- Organize commercial negotiation meetings and ensure best possible terms of procurement and thus obtain commercial concurrence.
- Ensure timely preparation of Purchase Order containing technical specifications, price, applicable
