Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Senior Java Developer – ETF Domain with 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience and solid knowledge of Exchange-Traded Funds, capital markets, investment management, and ETF lifecycle processes. The role will focus on designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise applications for ETF creation and redemption, fund accounting, portfolio management, trading operations, portfolio analytics, and regulatory reporting. This position contributes to business objectives by delivering scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that support investment management workflows and financial market operations.

Software Requirements

Required
- Java: 5+ years of hands-on development experience using Java; practical experience with Java 8, 11, or 17.
- Spring Boot and Spring MVC: Experience developing enterprise applications, REST services, and microservices.
- REST APIs and JSON: Experience designing, developing, consuming, testing, and supporting RESTful APIs and JSON-based integrations.
- Microservices:



Experience designing or developing microservices-based applications and service integrations.
- SQL and Relational Databases: Strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or equivalent relational databases.
- Messaging Technologies: Experience with Kafka, JMS, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms.
- Git: Experience with source control, branching, merging, and code collaboration practices.
- Maven: Experience managing Java builds, dependencies, packaging, and project configuration.
- Jenkins and CI/CD Pipelines: Experience supporting automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Development and Testing Tools: Experience using tools for debugging, unit testing, integration testing, defect tracking, code reviews, and technical documentation.
