Required Qualifications

 Proven experience leading supplier onboarding, supplier enablement,

procurement transformation, or supplier management initiatives.

 Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and

supplier lifecycle management processes.

 Experience managing external supplier relationships and cross-functional

stakeholders.

 Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, quick-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience supporting Source-to-Pay, ERP, or procurement technology

implementations.

 Experience with supplier management platforms such as GEP, SAP Ariba,

Coupa, Oracle, or similar solutions.

 Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale integration

programs.

 PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification
