Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET.
Build and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications using REST APIs, Web APIs, and Azure services.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
Perform unit testing, code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and project managers.
