About the role

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using Python, Django, MySQL, and related technologies.
• Lead the development and delivery of scalable applications, providing technical guidance and team coordination to meet evolving business objectives with innovative and reliable software solutions.
• Coordinate the development team by providing technical guidance, mentoring, task delegation, and solution direction.




• Analyze complex business requirements to design optimized, scalable, and high-performance technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality by enforcing best practices including code reviews, reusable components, unit testing, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business analysts, quality assurance, DevOps, and business teams to facilitate smooth delivery of features, integrations, and production releases.
• Manage production support activities, including issue resolution, root-cause analysis, user acceptance testing, and post-deployment maintenance.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation, optimization, innovation, and continuous technical improvement aligned with Agile methodologies and standards.
