We are looking for an experienced Assistant Quality Manager to join our manufacturing facility at Kariamangalam, Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu.

The Assistant Quality Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening quality processes across the manufacturing facility. The role will cover incoming material quality, in-process quality control, final product quality, quality systems, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and customer complaint resolution.
The incumbent will work closely with Production, Maintenance,



Supply Chain and Plant leadership to ensure adherence to quality standards and drive a zero-defect culture across the plant.
Key Responsibilities
1. Incoming Material Quality
- Oversee inspection and quality verification of incoming raw materials and components.
- Ensure materials conform to defined specifications, engineering standards and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers on quality issues and drive corrective actions where required.
- Maintain appropriate inspection records and quality documentation.

2. In-Process Quality Control
- Monitor quality at every stage of the manufacturing process.
- Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, work instructions and quality checkpoints.
- Identify process deviations and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Work with Production teams to minimize defects, rework and rejection.

3. Quality Improvement & Problem Solving
