nThe Opportunity
nThis is not a high-volume, transactional sales role. As an Account Executive at ProjectBase, you'll manage the complete sales journey—from identifying and understanding customer needs to building relationships, demonstrating solutions, negotiating commercials, and closing deals.

nYou'll work directly with contractors, business owners, directors, project and operations teams, helping them solve real operational challenges through technology.

nIf you enjoy meeting customers, understanding their business, building relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and the satisfaction of seeing a deal through to closure, you'll find this role both challenging and rewarding.

nWhat You'll Do

- Generate and manage qualified opportunities from discovery through closure.n
- Research target accounts and engage decision-makers through outbound outreach, events, email, LinkedIn, phone calls, in-person meetings.n
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, business processes, and goals.n
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value.n
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate within defined commercial guidelines, and close new business.n
- Build trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders across customer organisations.n
- Maintain accurate CRM records, chance updates, pipeline
