Assistant Manager - Graphic Designer - Social Media & Digital Communications, Video (based in Mumbai, to serve US Office of Uniqus)

We are looking for a creative and digitally fluent Graphic Designer who
brings strong instincts for social media visual storytelling. In addition to
crafting compelling content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms, you
will contribute to the full breadth of design output at Uniqus — from proposal
decks and publications to internal communication materials.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital

▸ Design
high-impact social media visuals for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
aligned to Uniqus brand guidelines

▸ Develop
content series, campaign templates, and motion graphics optimized for
platform-specific formats (carousels, reels covers, stories, banners)

▸ Stay
ahead of design trends, platform algorithm changes, and audience engagement
patterns to inform creative decisions

▸ Collaborate
with the content team to translate written narratives into visually engaging
digital formats

▸ Maintain
and evolve the social media visual identity across channels, ensuring
consistency and brand cohesion

Video & Motion Design

▸ Conceptualize,
produce, and edit short-form videos for LinkedIn, social media campaigns, and
internal communications

▸ Create
motion graphics, animated infographics, and kinetic typography to bring reports
and thought leadership content to life

▸ Develop
video templates and reusable motion assets that align with Uniqus brand




standards and enable efficient content production

▸ Manage
end-to-end video production workflow — from storyboarding and script alignment
to editing, color grading, and export

▸ Collaborate
with the content and leadership teams to produce event recaps, webinar
highlight reels, and announcement videos

▸ Explore
AI-assisted video tools (Kling, Runway, etc.) to accelerate production without
compromising quality

Proposals & Publications

▸ Design
and format client-facing proposal decks, pitch presentations, and credentials
in PowerPoint and related tools

▸ Lay
out thought leadership publications, Point of View documents, and research
reports with precision and brand accuracy

▸ Support
the production of interactive HTML publications and digital assets as the team
expands into new formats

Internal & Brand Communications

▸ Create
internal communication materials including HTML email announcements,
newsletters, and event collateral

▸ Produce
website banners, infographics, and supporting visual assets

▸ Maintain
design consistency across all outputs, upholding brand standards and quality
benchmarks

What We Are Looking For

Skills & Experience





▸ 3–5
years of professional design experience, with a demonstrable portfolio in
social media design

▸ Proficiency
in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma

▸ Proficiency
in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite

▸ Strong
command of typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy

▸ Hands-on
experience designing for LinkedIn and Instagram, with an understanding of what
performs well on each platform

▸ Familiarity
with motion tools such as Adobe After Effects or similar for short-form
animations

▸ Experience
designing skilled B2B or corporate

▸ Ability
to produce clean, structured layouts for decks and long-form documents

▸ Familiarity
with Powerpoint and design for decks, documents, and long-form publications

▸ Experience
producing content optimized for LinkedIn and other digital platforms, including
reels, explainer clips, and animated assets

▸ Should
be ok to work as per US time, if needed
