Role Overview
This position is not a traditional project manager role focused on leading large-scale implementations. The primary objective is to provide structure, organization, coordination, and execution support across the Global External Workforce program.
Manager is looking for someone who can quickly step in, organize multiple workstreams, proactively follow up with stakeholders, track deliverables, identify blockers, and ensure initiatives continue moving forward. This role is intended to take administrative and project coordination responsibilities off leadership so they can focus on strategic priorities.
Key Focus Areas
The majority of the role will involve:
- Coordinating and tracking roadmap activities
- Following up on actions, deliverables, and commitments
- Managing recurring program activities and team cadence
- Monitoring project progress and escalating blockers when needed
- Supporting reporting, status updates, and leadership visibility
- Facilitating stakeholder communication across multiple teams
- Ensuring structure, accountability,



and follow-through across initiatives

While there may be occasional ownership of individual projects or initiatives, the role is primarily focused on overseeing and driving progress across existing workstreams rather than personally leading large implementation projects.

A successful candidate will:
- Establish solid organization and structure across the team's priorities
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders without requiring direction
- Keep projects, enhancements, and operational activities moving forward
- Ensure recurring activities and deadlines are not missed
- Provide leadership with visibility into progress, risks, and blockers
- Create a controlled and disciplined approach to execution
