- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in IT monitoring, observability, and performance management, with a strong focus on Dynatrace.
- Expert-level knowledge of Dynatrace architecture, administration, OneAgent deployment, DQL (Dynatrace Query Language), log monitoring, and business analytics.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing Dynatrace solutions in complex enterprise and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes/OpenShift).
- Strong understanding of advanced monitoring concepts: APM, Distributed Tracing, Synthetic Monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and AIOps.
- Capacity to gather and analyse client requirements (business and technical) and translating them into Dynatrace dashboard specifications.
- Experience with other monitoring tools and technologies (Splunk).
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms).




- Experience with Automation/Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automated Dynatrace configuration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to incident investigation and resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Dynatrace Certified Skilled, Dynatrace Certified Expert, ITIL Foundation) are highly desirable.

Proficiency in OpenTelemetry standards and practical experience integrating OpenTelemetry telemetry data into Dynatrace.
