Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist (Who can travel) is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales activities, qualifying leads, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline. The specialist will conduct product presentations and demos, collaborate with technical and customer success teams, and follow up on marketing-generated leads. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, preparing sales reports, and traveling as needed for meetings, events, and client engagements.



The role also focuses on building strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and supporting overall revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience managing pipelines and closing opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
