About Artfluence LivingArtfluence Living is a growing premium bespoke décor and sculptural products business, creating customised pieces for residential, commercial and hospitality spaces.
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive and highly dependable Operations & Vendor Coordination Executive who will work closely with the founder and take ownership of the operational execution behind our projects.
Artfluence Living will be the primary focus of this role. From time to time, you may also support operational requirements for Artfluence and The Penguin Project.

What you'll be responsible for:? Vendor & Supplier Management
- Find and connect with suitable vendors, manufacturers and suppliers.
- Source materials, components and other project requirements.
- Get quotations, compare options and negotiate rates.




- Follow up with vendors to ensure commitments and timelines are met.
- Build and maintain a reliable vendor network.

? Procurement & Sourcing
- Coordinate material requirements for ongoing projects.
- Ensure materials are available when needed.
- Arrange collection/delivery of materials.
- Find better-quality or more cost-effective sourcing options.
- Maintain basic vendor, quotation and purchase records.

? Samples & Prototypes
- Coordinate samples and prototypes required for client projects.
- Arrange the required materials and vendors.
- Follow up on completion.
- Coordinate collection and delivery of samples.
- Ensure samples reach the required person/client on time.

? Logistics & Dispatch
- Coordinate when finished products are ready for dispatch.
- Arrange packaging and pickup.
- Find and coordinate with suitable transporters/couriers.
- Book shipments and share the correct delivery information.
- Track shipments from pickup
