Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
NSAP VIM Support: Act as SAP VIM SME, resolve production incidents and requests, troubleshoot invoice workflows, and drive permanent fixes for recurring issues.
NAMS Stabilization: Strengthen AMS support processes, improve operational maturity, close knowledge gaps, establish best practices, and mentor support teams.
NKnowledge Management: Develop and maintain knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, runbooks, and operational documentation.
NTraining & Enablement: Create onboarding programs, role-based training, end-user guides, and self-service resources to improve adoption and reduce support demand.
NContinuous Improvement: Analyze support trends, reduce recurring incidents, optimize processes, and implement Shift-Left strategies through documentation, automation, and self-service.
NAI & Automation: Identify GenAI opportunities, develop GPT-based knowledge assistants, optimize knowledge content for AI, and enable AI-driven self-service.
NCollaboration: Partner with technical leads, AMS, business stakeholders, developers,



and ERP teams to drive operational excellence and long-term solutions.

- SAP: OpenText VIM, SAP FI/MM, invoice processing, workflow configuration, exception handling, and approval processes. N
- Operations: Production support, incident & service request management, RCA, problem management, and knowledge management. N
- Continuous Improvement: Process optimization, documentation & training, support model enhancement, KPI analysis, and Shift-Left strategies. N
- AI & Automation: Generative AI knowledge assistants (GPT), knowledge base optimization, self-service enablement, and process automation. N
