Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Delivery — Own project delivery from planning and estimation through execution, release, and continuous improvement.

- Technical Solutioning — Provide technical guidance on system design, architecture, web, mobile, and scalable cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Agile/Scrum Leadership — Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint execution, backlog management, and delivery planning to ensure predictable outcomes.

- Requirements Management — Translate client/business needs into explicit requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable deliverables.

- Team Leadership & Mentorship — Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including PMs, BAs, engineers, QA, architects, and UX/UI professionals.
