Who are we looking for?
An experienced ServiceMax Architect who has designed and delivered end-to-end ServiceMax/field service implementations on the Salesforce platform, and can own the solution architecture for a critical client engagement. The individual must be comfortable working onsite in the US with cross-functional teams, implementation partners and business stakeholders, willing to travel to field/service locations as needed, and able to support project timelines including cutover, go-live and hypercare windows.

Technical Skills:
- Architect and lead end-to-end ServiceMax implementations (ServiceMax Core on Salesforce and/or Asset 360) covering work order management, scheduling and dispatch, installed base, and service contracts.
- Own the solution architecture and design documentation, including data model, object extensions, security model, and integration architecture.
- Configure and extend core ServiceMax modules – Service Flow Manager (SFM), Dispatch Console, Advanced Scheduling and Optimization, Mobile (ServiceMax Go/Zinc), and Entitlements,



Warranty and Preventive Maintenance.
- Build Salesforce platform extensions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and SOQL where standard ServiceMax configuration is insufficient.
- Define integration patterns to ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite) using MuleSoft/Boomi/REST APIs for parts, inventory, pricing and financial data.
- Lead data migration of assets, installed base, work orders and service history, including mapping, cleansing, load strategy and reconciliation.
- Establish workplace strategy, DevOps and release management, and technical governance across sandboxes and production.
- Oversee SIT/UAT, performance tuning, mobile offline testing, cutover readiness, and post go-live hypercare support.
