- Candidate will beresponsible for driving Payroll operations with Payroll vendors across 4-5 countries. N
- Candidate will be responsible for performing partner payout calculations, managing partner payments across 4-5 countries N
- Providing inputs & reviewing outputs with Payroll vendors to ensure flawless payroll processing each month. N
- Responsible for Management reporting qua Payroll & Partner payouts. N
- Managing statutory compliances related to role. N
- Handling Statutory Audit related requirements for payroll and partner payouts, coordinating with auditors. N
- Ensuring monthly book closure, right accounting & completeness of books with relation to payroll and partner payouts. N
- Coordinating with Banking peers as required for payments and reporting. N
