nWe are looking for an exceptional content professional to lead the growth of a high-potential Instagram account of a prominent Social Worker and Politician based in Gurgaon.
nThis is NOT a conventional Social Media Manager role.
nWe are looking for someone who understands why certain Instagram Reels get 100K, 1M, 5M or 10M+ views — and, more importantly, understands how content converts attention into followers.
nThe objective is to build one of India's most powerful public-interest/personal-brand Instagram accounts over the next 12 months.

- Study India's fastest-growing Instagram accounts and understand WHY their content worksn
- Identify stories, situations and moments that can become high-performing Reelsn
- Develop recurring content franchisesn
- Convert everyday real-world situations into compelling short-form storiesn
- Develop strong hooks for the first 1–3 seconds of Reelsn
- Work closely with Creative Directors, field producers, cameramen and editorsn
- Decide which ideas deserve field coveragen
- Turn one field situation into multiple content opportunitiesn
- Analyse Reel performance and identify patternsn
