n1–3 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, customer service, inside sales, or a similar role

NStrong follow-up and coordination skills
NComfortable making a highvolume of calls
NGood basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM




NAbility to maintain accurate lead records
NHindi and English communication required;
