Experience designing and implementing DLP policies for Microsoft 365 workloads.
Good understanding of:
Sensitive Information Types
Trainable classifiers
Exact Data Match, if applicable
Policy tips
DLP alerts and reporting
Insider risk and information protection concepts
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Experience with external sharing controls, guest user access, and data leakage prevention.
Understanding of information protection, compliance, and data governance principles.
Ability to work with business, legal, compliance, and technical teams to define practical and enforceable policies.
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
