Maskoid Technologies is a digital marketing agency based in Vadodara, working with clients across different industries and markets. We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer who can independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube and Remarketing campaigns.
- Manage Facebook and Instagram lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, search term analysis and negative keyword management.
- Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and overall campaign performance.
- Manage campaign budgets and make regular bid and budget adjustments.
- Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and test different ad copies, audiences, keywords and creatives.
- Monitor search terms and ensure irrelevant traffic is controlled through negative keywords.
- Set up and check conversion tracking,



Meta Pixel, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and share actionable insights.
- Work with the content and design team to improve ad creatives and landing pages.
- Manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
- Stay updated with Google Ads and Meta Ads platform changes and best practices.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Search Ads and Meta Lead Generation campaigns.
- Good understanding of keyword research, match types, negative keywords and search term reports.
- Experience with campaign optimization and budget management.
- Understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS.
- Basic to good knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
