About the role:

MakeMyTrip’s
Holidays & Experiences Content team is looking for a content lead who can
turn content from a communication function into a growth and conversion lever.
The role will lead content strategy across Holiday Packages, Tours &
Attractions and Cruises – categories where customers need not just inspiration,
but the right information, context and confidence to make a purchase decision.

The




incumbent will combine solid people leadership, customer understanding,
content craft, AI-led scale and an instinct for emerging trends to build
content that helps customers discover, decide and ultimately book. This is a
role for someone who can think strategically, build and motivate a
high-performing team, challenge the status quo and get things done

What will you be doing
- Define and
drive the overall content strategy for Holiday Packages, Tours &
Attractions and Cruise.
- Identify
customer needs, content gaps and opportunities across these businesses,
and initiate new projects based on customer insights, market trends and
industry benchmarks.
- Lead a
team of writers, editors and analysts to develop accurate, persuasive
and user-centric content across the app, website, post-sales
communication and other customer touchpoints.
- Manage
content production and end-to-end project execution, ensuring high quality,
