Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Calling & Appointment Setting

nShift Timings - 4PM IST to 1 AM IST - Hybrid (4to8PM Work From Office, Rest from home)
nSalary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives

nRole Overview:
nWe are hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a
nhigh-intensity calling role focused on booking qualified sales meetings.
nThis role requires working in the night shift (aligned with US/UK markets) and is ideal for candidates who thrive in a target-driven, high-volume calling setting.
nPrimary Responsibilities:
n1. Outbound Calling (Core Responsibility)

- Make 80–120 outbound calls daily to prospective clientsn
- Engage with decision-makers and drive meaningful conversationsn
- Handle objections confidently and persist through follow-upsn

n2. Appointment Setting (Primary Goal)

- Qualify leads based on relevance, need, and intentn
- Book a minimum of 3 qualified meetings per dayn
- Schedule meetings with the appropriate stakeholdersn
- Ensure confirmations and attendancen

n3. Lead Follow-Ups

- Execute structured follow-ups via:n

- WhatsApp/SMS (if required)n
- Follow a defined outreach cadencen

n4. Inbound Lead Handling
