Building Systems Management
Oversee daily operations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, and building automation systems. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifespan and minimize downtime. Monitor system performance and energy consumption, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Project Management
Plan and execute technical infrastructure projects including upgrades, renovations, and system replacements. Coordinate with internal stakeholders,
contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Prepare technical specifications, review proposals, and manage contractor selection processes.
Compliance and Safety
Ensure all building systems comply with local, state, and federal regulations including building codes, environmental standards, and safety requirements. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities and systems. Maintain accurate documentation of permits, certifications, inspections, and maintenance records.
Team Leadership
Supervise and mentor technical staff including engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel. Develop training programs to enhance team capabilities and ensure knowledge transfer. Establish performance metrics and conduct regular performance evaluations.
