Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop, and implement global learning programs across manager development, onboarding, technical enablement, and AI literacy initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess robust instructional design expertise, hands-on experience with AI-powered content creation tools, and the ability to translate complex concepts—especially AI and digital transformation topics—into engaging and scalable learning experiences.
