Role – Associate Director – Fundraising and Development, Institutional Advancement Team

Job Description
• Build and Manage Portfolio: Manage, cultivate, and expand a portfolio of individuals, foundations, and corporations by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors to support Plaksha goals.
• Develop Strategic Plans: Collaborate with leadership, founders, and donors to devise long- and short-term fundraising strategies aligned with the university objectives and fundraising best practices and ethical standards.
• Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals aligning university need
