We are seeking an experienced Stibo MDM Developer with 9–15 years of experience in Enterprise Data Management to design, develop, and support Stibo STEP MDM solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in business rules, WebUI configuration, integrations, and API development, with mandatory experience in the Product domain.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Master Data Management solutions using Stibo STEP.
- Configure and develop Business Rules, workflows, and validation logic within the STEP platform.
- Develop and customize STEP WebUI components to support business requirements.
- Implement data integration solutions using Kafka, REST APIs, and GraphQL APIs.
- Build and manage data ingestion, synchronization, and publishing pipelines across enterprise systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders,



product owners, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across product master data.
- Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization of MDM processes.
- Support deployment, testing, and production support activities.
- Follow best practices for data governance, version control, and CI/CD in MDM implementations.

Required Skills
- 8–12 years of experience in Enterprise Data Management / MDM implementations.
- Robust hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM platform.
- Expertise in STEP Business Rules, workflows, and data modeling.
- Experience with STEP WebUI customization and configuration.
- Strong integration experience using
